You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the package.

Please remember to include your receipt and the withdrawal statement in the package. Please include your account number and legibly fill out your name and surname. This will expedite your refund. You can send your withdrawal statement by email to: magiaziemi@graf-ika.pl. The 14-day returns period is determined by the date the email containing the statement is sent or the date the return package is shipped. The returned item must be complete and unused. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be required to return it at your expense.
We will transfer the money for the returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The form of refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. If the order was paid by instant transfer, we will process the refund using the same method. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the Store. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value, minus the cost of return shipping.
The Seller will issue the refund using the same payment method used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees otherwise. In any case, the Buyer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
