- for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and sending the order
- if you consent, for the purpose of electronically transmitting marketing offers and commercial information by Wydawnictwo Grafika Sp. z o. o.

- concluding a sales contract and providing services (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR)
- legal obligation, e.g., related to accounting (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR)

The data entrusted to us is provided voluntarily, but in some cases it may be required to conclude a sales contract or send a newsletter. Failure to provide mandatory personal data, depending on the purpose of processing, means:

- inability to perform the sales service/conclude the contract
