1. Wydawnictwo Grafika Sp. z o.o. is the owner of this platform, and the online store located on the website at www.magiaziemi.com allows for online purchases. The store's offer is a commercial offer.

4. These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of Customers, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller as the entity managing and operating the Store.
5. These Terms and Conditions are available in Polish.
6. Customers are obligated to respect proprietary copyrights and rights arising from the registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility models, and industrial designs.
7. The owner of Wydawnictwo Grafika Sp. z o.o. undertakes to use the personal data of store customers only for the proper performance of the distance selling agreement. The Privacy Policy is located in the footer, is available during order placement, and is sent each time by email along with order confirmation.
Making a purchase at the online store www.sklep.graf-ika.pl constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. I. Technical Terms of Use of the Store.
1. To use the Store, the Customer must have a device transmitting ICT data:
• Internet access
• email address
2. The Store collects information contained in cookies, which are text files. These files do not store any personal data and are used anonymously to assess actual interest in the service on the Store's websites. Cookies are used to exchange information between the Store and the User, which significantly facilitates tailoring the offer to the expectations and preferences of each Store User. The Customer decides whether to use cookies. Web browsers often have the default setting to install these files on the Customer's end device, and the Customer can change their settings at any time.
3. The Store informs that disabling the use of cookies by the Customer may affect the functionalities available in the Store.
II. Registration and Login
1. To create a "Customer Account," the Customer registers by providing their login, email address, password, first and last name, telephone number, and address using the form. The Customer may provide information for a VAT invoice.
2. The password provided when logging in to the Store may consist of letters, numbers, and/or special characters. The password is unique to each user. The password can be changed on the website by providing an email address and a new password.
3. Creating a "Customer Account" is free of charge.
4. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Customer declares the following:
- I have voluntarily joined the Store's services
- the data provided in the form is truthful
5. The Customer may not share the password to access the Online Store account with any third parties.
6. After registration, the Customer will receive an activation link to the account website at the provided email address.
7. Activation allows logging in to the system.
8. The Customer may not copy, modify, or distribute content, images, or logos without the prior consent of the authorized person.

III. Order Fulfillment
1. The Store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing the Customer to place an order at any time, except during maintenance breaks. The Customer may also place an order in person at the store during opening hours.
2. In the case of natural persons, only individuals with full legal capacity may be Customers.
3. The Customer places an order as follows:

selecting goods by adding them to the cart
• selecting the delivery and payment method
• providing data in the registration or login form, or the delivery form
• confirming the order by clicking the "order with payment obligation" button
• sending an order confirmation to the Customer's email address
• orders placed electronically will be confirmed no later than two business days (excluding holidays) from receipt of the order. Confirmation will be sent by email or phone.
4. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information.
5. The order confirmation sent to the Customer includes:
- Store details, including the exact mailing address, email address, and phone number.
- Product description (e.g., quantity, color, dimensions).
- Unit and total price of all products.
- Order price = total price of products + contract execution costs, including payment and delivery.
- Payment method.
- Information on the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days.
- Information on the right to warranty.
- A template for withdrawal from the contract within 14 days is provided as an attachment or link.
IV. Payment Method
1. The Customer can pay for the goods placed in the order in the following ways:

by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Store
- via PayPal
- via the Przelewy24 online transfer system
- settlement of transactions by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and e-transfer is carried out via Przelewy24.pl

2. Payment costs are specified on the order page/order confirmation email and are included in the final order price. For using a specific payment method, the Seller cannot charge the Consumer a fee exceeding the Seller's costs.

3. The order will be processed after the Online Store receives confirmation of the correct payment by the Entity executing the payment.

4. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to a different solution; in any case, the Buyer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

 

V. Delivery
1. The Customer selects the delivery method:
• postal parcel
• priority mail parcel
• courier
2. The delivery time is 7-90 days depending on the selected delivery method, unless the delivery time has been agreed individually. If the deadline specified in the previous sentence is exceeded, the Consumer has the right to grant the Seller additional time. If the goods are still not delivered, the buyer may withdraw from the contract.
3. Deliveries take place on business days, Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
4. The Seller is responsible for the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods until the Consumer receives them, unless the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the one proposed by the Seller.
5. Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer has the opportunity to inspect the goods and, in the event of any damage, draw up a damage report in the presence of the delivery person. Drawing up a damage report is not a condition for filing a complaint or exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.
6. Goods are delivered within Poland and to selected countries worldwide (if the shipping option to a given region is unavailable, please contact the store directly).
7. For orders exceeding 20 kg in total, please contact the store directly to discuss delivery options.
VI. Prices and Shipping Costs
1. All offers in the online store constitute only an invitation for the Customer to submit a purchase offer.
2. Prices listed for products on the Store's website are in PLN or EUR and include taxes and fees. The product price before the "Add to Cart" button is displayed does not include shipping costs or other additional fees. Shipping and payment costs are added to the total amount of the ordered products. The Customer is informed of additional costs, such as packaging, before placing the order.
3. The final price of the order, binding on the Store and the Customer, is the product price listed on the Store's website before the Customer places the order, along with all costs related to the execution of the contract.
4. Information on the total order value (including shipping and payment costs) is provided before selecting the "Order - transaction with obligation to pay" option and is confirmed in an email sent immediately to the address provided by the Customer.

VII. Right of Withdrawal
This chapter applies to Users using the Store as Consumers.
1. The Consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting an appropriate declaration in any form within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product, or without issuing a written declaration, simply by returning the product. To meet the above deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration/product before its expiry to the following address:

2. The Consumer also expresses the right of withdrawal by returning the goods, following the procedures indicated in sentence 1 of this chapter.
3. In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered null and void. Whatever the parties have provided is returned unchanged. The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days. Purchased goods should be returned to the following address:

4. The direct costs of returning the goods in connection with the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the Buyer, unless the Store has agreed to bear them or has failed to inform the consumer of their right to withdraw from the contract.
5. The Store will reimburse the shipping costs, but if the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Consumer for any additional costs incurred.
6. In the event of the Customer's withdrawal from the contract, the Store will refund the price of the product within 14 days of receiving the Consumer's notice. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Consumer. The Store will issue a written confirmation of the refund.
7. The Consumer is obligated to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which they withdrew from the contract, unless the entrepreneur has offered to collect the goods themselves. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the goods before its expiry.
8. A template for the declaration of withdrawal from the contract can be found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions.
9. The Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in the following cases:
• services with properties specified by the consumer in the order placed by them
• services closely related to their person that are clearly tailored to the consumer's individual needs.
10. NOTE! Custom-made goods contain elements that make them impossible to resell to another customer. Pursuant to Article 38, Section 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, it is not possible to return/exchange goods personalized according to the customer's requirements, so if you want a personalized dedication (such a book is not returnable), please provide the name in the comment, otherwise you will only receive the autograph.

11. Refund of payment - The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to a different solution; in any case, the Buyer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

VIII. Consumer's Right to Warranty
1. Products offered in the Store are covered by the Seller's 24-month warranty for non-conformity of the goods with the contract. It is presumed that if the Consumer has filed a warranty claim with the Seller within 12 months of delivery of the product, the defect in the product already existed at the time of delivery.
2. Complaints based on the Seller's liability for non-conformity of the goods with the contract should be submitted, among other ways:

3. The complaint should include a detailed description of the type of non-conformity, the date it occurred, the Consumer's request, order number, and contact details, which will facilitate the complaint procedure. 4. The Store will process complaints promptly, no later than 14 days from receipt of the complaint submitted by the Customer.
5. If no information is received regarding the complaint resolution process within the time specified in point 4, the complaint will be deemed resolved in favor of the Customer.
6. If the complaint is justified, the Customer may request that the product be brought into compliance with the contract, have the product repaired or replaced free of charge, request a price reduction, or withdraw from the contract. The Store will refund the Customer the full amount of the transaction.
7. A response to the complaint will be sent to the email address and mailing address provided by the Customer.
8. The Store will issue a written confirmation of the refund.
9. A sample Complaint Form is available on the order page and is attached to the email upon order confirmation.
IX. Other
1. The Customer may read, download, and print the Terms and Conditions.

2. The Store will amend the provisions of the Terms and Conditions for important reasons after notifying Customers by publishing a consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions on the Store's website and sending it to the email address provided by the Customer. The amended or modified Terms and Conditions are binding, provided that the other conditions stipulated by law are met, only for legal relationships arising after the amendments or modifications take effect.
3. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions will not in any way violate the acquired rights of Customers who used the Store before the amendments took effect.
4. These Terms and Conditions are effective from June 01, 2026.
